Westminster Community Charter School is a well-established public and private partnership - including teachers, administrators, parents and M&T Bank - focused on using research, training and business management to improve the traditional public education experience.

The Westminster Community Charter School partnership with M&T Bank began in 1993 when M&T adopted a low performing Buffalo Public School.  That partnership has lead to a school turnaround and a beacon of academic success in the Buffalo Promise Neighborhood.
